Artist. Animal lover. Official snack supplier to the local birds and squirrels (who have no problem reminding me when I'm behind schedule). I spend my days painting, creating scratchboard art, reading, or enjoying time with my horse, all while being supervised by one very opinionated little semi-hairless dog. Life is quiet, a little quirky, and just the way I like it.
I've been doodling, sketching, and generally making a mess with art supplies for as long as I can remember. As I got older, I took art classes, experimented with different mediums, and quickly realized that animals were my true calling. Drawing people? Let's just say we agreed to go our separate ways. Thankfully, animals have all the personality I need—and they’re much less likely to critique my artistic decisions. When I'm not scratching away at a board, or covered in pastel dust, or painting, you'll usually find me with my dog, spending time with my horse, or happily getting distracted by something far more interesting than the list of things I should probably be doing instead.
